Strategic Initiatives Manager

The Strategic Initiatives Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving strategic initiatives that align with the organization's long-term growth objectives. This key position involves conducting market analysis, identifying opportunities, developing strategic plans, and collaborating across functional teams to drive business growth across multiple verticals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory developments to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Identify and assess new growth opportunities across crypto, Web3, payments, and financial technology sectors.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, partnerships, and markets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to align partnership strategies with company priorities and ensure timely delivery and KPI achievement.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate ROI; track key metrics and present insights to leadership; use data visualization tools to identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, strategy, management consulting, venture capital, or similar fields.
  • Proven experience in fintech, crypto, or digital payments is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen; comfortable with financial modeling and market research.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; self-starter in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with Web3 ecosystems, crypto products, or blockchain technologies is a strong advantage.
