The Revenue Manager is a critical position responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic marketing programs and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to generate net new leads, focusing on lead quality and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine marketing strategies, aligning efforts with sales objectives and identifying areas for improvement.
- Purposefully brief demand generation teams on content and campaign requirements, ensuring alignment and maximizing impact.
- Analyze market trends, prospect and customer pain points, and competitor landscapes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Forecast, measure, and report on marketing performance, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Design and implement targeted marketing plays across key accounts, ABM, industry, and competitive verticals, leveraging prospecting expertise.
- Lead by example, demonstrating leadership potential and managing small teams effectively.
- Make informed decisions that drive business outcomes, prioritizing strategy over operations.
- Foster innovation, encouraging creative solutions that address complex challenges.
- Persuade and motivate peers and team members, promoting collaboration and shared success.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching, empowering junior team members to grow and develop.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a marketing manager, with a proven track record of lead generation.
- A deep understanding of sales processes and prospecting needs, enabling effective collaboration.
- Ability to engage sales teams in meaningful conversations, driving mutual understanding and alignment.
- Strong knowledge and confidence in CMS and CRM systems, facilitating efficient workflows.
- Capacity to work independently under tight deadlines, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
- A self-starter with a high level of motivation, adaptability, and willingness to pivot when necessary.
