Job Title: General Manager

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales, revenue, and profitability goals, as well as developing and implementing effective business plans and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual business plans to drive sales, revenue, and profitability growth.
  • Manage and monitor customer/client satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee local recruiting, selection, and hiring activities for operations personnel, working in conjunction with HR.
  • Approve and control all company expenditures, ensuring maintenance of assets and efficient use of resources.
  • Direct installation business sales orders and ensure delivery of installed business at or above booked/estimated margins.
  • Ensure compliance with established best practices, processes, and policies across all business operations, including sales, service delivery, project management, risk management, and human resources.
  • Conduct performance management throughout the year, including annual performance evaluations and salary planning, in cooperation with HR.
