Growth Marketing Professional

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Growth Marketing professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of our digital marketing campaigns.

You will identify relevant target audiences using Facebook, Instagram, and Google analytical tools. You will also develop strong collaborative connections with cross-functional teams to ensure performance marketing strategy, KPIs, and outcomes are aligned.

In addition, you will conduct in-depth standard and custom-made effectiveness studies for Facebook & Google advertisers. You will design split tests on Google Ads & Facebook Ads by using customer data and third-party tools.

You will conceptualize digital media strategies to optimize user experience in-app and across Facebook and Google Ads. You will develop tools to automate campaign building and feed management processes to help streamline team workflow.

You will manage the setup, development, and maintenance of Online Marketing infrastructure, including tracking, feeds, pages, and data.

You will assist in the reporting of daily marketing outcomes. You will perform thorough keyword research as well as search behavior and audience research.

You will plan and implement SEM tactics both on-page and off-page, including link building, viral marketing, metadata sculpting, site speed optimization, content optimization, and more.

You will champion and implement SEM projects, maintain adherence to targets, and monitor progress and performance along the way.

You will work with Development teams to ensure SEM best practices are properly implemented on websites and web pages.

You will investigate organic conversion drop-offs; come up with tactics.

You will generate reports and communicate SEM performance to company stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of working experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaign management.
  • Experience with benchmarking metrics such as CPC, CPI, CTR, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, concepts, and best practices.
  • Ability to develop presentations with deep insights, technical content, and recommendations to customers by analyzing online user behavior, conversion data, and customer journey.
  • Good spoken and written communication in local language and English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and G Suite.
  • A problem-solver in finding solutions to move customer numbers to a positive angle and able to think from the perspective of a user.
