This role is crucial in enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and performance. The successful candidate will collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and contribute to the organization's continuous growth and success.

Main Accountabilities:

  1. Conduct a thorough analysis to determine training needs across all departments.
  2. Design and develop effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
  3. Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually.
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  5. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and relevant training content.
  6. Track and report on training metrics, such as participant satisfaction, knowledge retention, and skill improvement.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
  8. Maintain accurate records of training activities and update databases regularly.
  9. Perform other specific tasks given by superiors.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of work experience in training facilitation.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  4. A positive and optimistic attitude.
