Business Development Executive Support

The primary function of this role is to provide strategic support to the executive team and sales operations. This entails a range of responsibilities including calendar management, email correspondence, meeting coordination, data analysis, report generation, and workflow optimization.

This position requires an individual with strong organizational skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to analyze complex data sets. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle email correspondence for executives.
  • Analyze sales data, generate reports, and optimize workflows using advanced Excel skills.
  • Maintain CRM records, update client databases, and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Support lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking to drive sales growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver sales materials and updates efficiently.
  • Draft professional documents, proposals, and presentations to engage clients and stakeholders.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expense tracking, and file organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, executive assistance, or administrative roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
  • Experience with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, ClickUp, Zoom).
  • Strong data entry and reporting skills.
