Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial operations and training, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs for financial operations staff
  • Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, exercises, and case studies
  • Represent the training function in product initiatives and customer-facing projects
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between training content and evolving software functionality
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise with financial operations software, particularly in areas such as trade processing, corporate actions management, cash and liquidity management, collateral and margin management, securities finance, reconciliation, SWIFT, netting, matching, costs and taxes, settlement defaults, and four-eyes principle
  • Familiarity with financial regulations, compliance standards, and operational frameworks
  • Strong foundational knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and investment operations
