About the Job

We are seeking a skilled trainer to join our team in Manila. As a Regional Trainer, you will play a crucial role in training new employees on our business and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires, covering various aspects of our business.
  2. Create engaging training materials and modules to facilitate learning and development.
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer care center training management, with a preference for travel industry experience.
