We are seeking a highly skilled Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire billing and accounts receivable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes, with at least 5-7 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable, including at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.

You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies, as well as monitoring accounts receivable aging reports and managing the collection process to ensure timely receipt of payments.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
