We are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our organization. In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing qualified healthcare professionals at US-based facilities.

  • Identify and recruit skilled healthcare professionals who meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to drive long-term success.

  • Meet or exceed monthly hiring targets to support business growth.
  • Expand candidate pipelines and networks to increase market visibility.
  • Provide strategic insights to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
Improving the Way We Work
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment databases to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing US healthcare staffing.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Developing Myself and Others
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance skills and expertise.
  • Support colleagues and contribute to team success through collaboration and mutual support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to accommodate US time zones.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
