Job Opportunity: Healthcare Recruiter

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a healthcare recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates for various healthcare positions, including RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.

  • Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools
  • Conduct phone screens and manage interviews via video conferencing software
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support document collection, license verification, and background checks

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting for healthcare roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
