Process Excellence Specialist

The Process Excellence Specialist plays a critical role in driving business growth by delivering process and performance improvement projects.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct process discovery sessions, gather information, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop project deliverables such as process maps, policies, and procedures.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by participating in forums, sharing best practices, and attending workshops on LEAN Six Sigma.
- Model values in action and adhere to governance and compliance policies.
- College degree or equivalent experience in business.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in process & performance improvement projects, with expertise in managing stakeholders and delivering presentations.
- LEAN Six Sigma Greenbelt Trained or Yellowbelt Certified is desirable.
- Familiarity with commonly used BPO tools and systems.
- Experience working with stakeholders across different geographies.
- Training on Operational Excellence, Problem Solving, and Project Management frameworks.
This role requires a strong passion for continuous learning and adaptability.
