About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Actions Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring notifications from Sub-Custodians and external vendors, processing complex issues via the corporate actions system, and providing day-to-day support and guidance to Corporate Actions Analysts.

You will also be expected to instruct Sub-Custodians and/or agents of Fund Managers, effectively and accurately keeping clients and fund managers informed of all actions at all times. Additionally, you will ensure all cash and stock entitlements are fully reconciled and cleared from the SSR system, document and reconcile internal relevant suspense accounts.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor notifications from Sub-Custodians and external vendors
  • Process complex issues via the corporate actions system
  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to Corporate Actions Analysts

Requirements
  • College or University degree
  • Relevant work experience in Corporate Actions or related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work as part of a team with minimal supervision
