About the Role:

The legal professional will support all aspects of business, including drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on compliance matters, and engaging with prospects and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), vendor contracts, and NDAs.
  • Review and revise contract provisions to align with company risk appetite and applicable laws.

  • Liaise effectively with senior management, external counsel, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Licensed attorney in good standing.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification legal experience, including corporate and commercial contract drafting and negotiation, employment law advisory, and cross-border matters.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior in-house counsel experience in a technology or multinational environment.
  • Experience supporting sales teams and engaging directly with clients or prospects regarding legal documentation.
