Corporate Strategy and Planning Executive

The purpose of this role is to assist the executive team in creating, communicating, and sustaining strategic initiatives through the execution of a well-planned strategy. The Corporate Strategy and Planning Executive will work closely with senior managers and external experts to incorporate industry best practices with the company's unique capabilities and requirements in the creation of corporate plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviews existing strategic objectives and prepares a corporate business plan with an annual, 3-year, and 5-year perspective
  • Organizes end-to-end enterprise planning activities from Board exercises to monthly business meetings
  • Forecasts corporate performance, conducts analysis of resulting P&L statements, and provides recommendations for budget preparation
  • Studies corporate performance by looking at various business units on an integrated macro perspective; monitors industry trends and regulatory requirements; and assesses their potential impact on overall business operations
  • Provides timely management analysis of financial information and reports
  • Gathers research data and information relevant to the industry and related businesses, including market and economic movements that may affect the business, and recommends necessary actions as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management, Economics, Finance, or equivalent
  • At least four years of working experience in a managerial capacity gained in a related field
  • Strategic Planning and Influencing

  • Detail-Oriented with ability to transition to Macro Perspective
