About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, developing and executing strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal client solutions, including sales, marketing, and customer support.
  • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide strategic insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
