Overview

CBRE Asia Pacific seeks a highly skilled Procurement Sr. Analyst to join their dynamic team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing e-sourcing events, managing contracts, ensuring supplier compliance, and maintaining supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Business Operations to ensure the completeness of Scope of Work/Bill of Quantities for RFx activities
  • Implement standardized systems and controls for procurement, including RFx documentation, work authorization, purchase and change order systems, and supplier/contractor eligibility criteria
  • Organize and implement national/regional e-sourcing activities for various CBRE accounts
  • Develop and execute national/regional contracting and procurement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
  • Build and manage relationships with regional suppliers and contractors, leading contract negotiations
  • Oversee the supplier vetting certification process, reviewing requisite experience, legal and organizational structure, financial viability, geographic coverage, insurance requirements, and other capabilities
  • Ensure all suppliers are onboarded for CBRE Accounts in collaboration with Procurement Operations
  • Develop and manage supplier performance programs
  • Establish strong working relationships with key internal and external partners, driving process improvements within the organization
  • Coordinate regional sourcing processes and practices with internal stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives for the organization
  • Maintain the integrity of centralized procurement database systems, serving as a key point of contact
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers through letters, calls, and webinars
  • Conduct webinars to guide suppliers and internal stakeholders on CBRE procurement systems and processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering equivalent to a 4-year college program in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing/Supply Chain Management
