Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead consulting initiatives and contribute to closing engagements by identifying potential opportunities with clients for future collaborations. The ideal candidate will possess strong consulting experience, a curious mind about the payments industry, and the ability to work closely with clients to influence their future performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead consulting projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in strategic discussions with internal teams to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing expert guidance.
  • Manage multiple priorities across various projects and workstreams, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Transform problem statements into actionable proposals with guidance from leadership.
  • Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations that effectively address client challenges.
  • Build data-driven insights and measurable results that help clients grow their portfolios and drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, risk, and innovation teams to execute projects efficiently.
  • Produce analytical reports, insights, and recommendations to improve client performance and drive business growth.
  • Analyze client portfolio data, including proprietary information, to provide strategic mentorship and guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or business management.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a strategic focus on influencing return on investment (ROI).
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to design, build, and showcase project results packages.
  • Collaborative mindset with a diplomatic and flexible style, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Deep experience and high performance in large consulting firms or corporate strategy.
  • Competence in using financial indicators to assess business performance and focusing on ROI.
  • Able to draw meaningful insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Proficient in data-driven storytelling with effective data visualization and using data to improve project execution.
