Job Overview

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating day-to-day operations across multiple business functions, including marketing, internal support, and sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Content Execution: Develop, refine, and manage content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Sales & Admin Support: Manage lead tracking, CRM maintenance, and assist with sales materials preparation, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Internal Operations: Oversee invoice management, follow up on outstanding payments, conduct vendor research, and perform administrative tasks as needed.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track databases, analyze data summaries to inform decision-making, and contribute to documentation and business writing projects.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations, marketing, or administration.
  • Prior experience working in a startup environment or fast-paced setting is preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite is required.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Canva and AI-powered software such as ChatGPT or Claude is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a U.S. Eastern time zone.
