Job Role:

Chief Financial Operations Specialist

The Chief Financial Operations Specialist will oversee and perform financial tasks, including asset management, intangible assets, leases, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, prepaid expenses, GRIR, stock rotation, accruals, and tax-related entries.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting through effective month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and conduct variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Analyze financial data to pinpoint areas for improvement and optimize operations.
  • Maintain robust internal controls and adhere to IFRS and company policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with AP, AR, Payroll, FP&A, and other teams to ensure data integrity.

A successful candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, IFRS or GAAP, and internal financial controls. Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA is required, as well as skills in using Concur, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and banking platforms.
