About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Configuration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Implementation service, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely system configuration, data quality, and resolution of configuration data issues.

Your primary focus will be on supporting customers and teams during implementations, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional results and exceeding stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Support customers and teams through all aspects of implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve configuration data issues, maintaining high-quality standards throughout.
  • Ensure comprehensive data entry maintenance across multiple systems, including Salesforce, while communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Participate in transformative change initiatives, driving innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and support business growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Implementation Consultants and Customer Support, to deliver exceptional results and continuous improvement.
  • Perform system configuration, checking, and analysis to ensure accurate data quality and integrity.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal tools and tracking systems, including Salesforce and Asana.
  • Meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), adhering to relevant procedures and standard operating protocols.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in a related field OR 2+ years' experience in HR/Payroll SaaS configuration environment.
  • Experience processing and reviewing large datasets, with proficiency in data entry.
  • Administering a HR Information System (HRIS) and/or payroll system is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
