Digital Content Manager Job Description

Out team is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Digital Content Manager to support our digital content with upload, editing, and quality control within a Drupal CMS environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery of content updates, coordination with internal stakeholders, and consistency across digital touchpoints.

The successful candidate will be responsible for uploading, editing, and formatting content on various Drupal-based websites, as well as performing thorough QA to validate formatting, responsiveness, and functionality before publishing. They will also troubleshoot content display issues or CMS-related bugs and escalate as needed.

In addition, the Digital Content Manager will coordinate and track the status of content updates using project management tools, manage timelines, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple concurrent projects. They will maintain a clear content update calendar and documentation for internal visibility.

This role involves acting as a central point of contact for content-related requests and site update needs, providing regular updates and status reports to the internal digital marketing team, and ensuring smooth handoff between content planning, development, and deployment stages.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing content in Drupal CMS
  • Strong eye for layout, formatting, and detail in digital environments
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with tools like Google Drive, Slack, and project management platforms
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
