Content Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly driven Content Marketing & Copywriting professional to produce high-impact, conversion-focused content at scale.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and email marketing, and is passionate about crafting compelling messages that drive engagement and results.

  1. Develop, write, and manage high volumes of original marketing content across multiple channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, email, and landing pages.
  2. Create and adapt content to suit platform-specific formats, voice, and audiences.
  3. Strategize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on audience segmentation and performance tracking.
  4. Optimize email campaigns for open rate, click-through rate, and conversions.
  5. Leverage hashtag strategies and platform-specific tools to maximize visibility and engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  6. Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite).
  7. Monitor and report on content performance analytics across all channels to continuously improve results.
  8. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align messaging and campaign goals.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media and copywriting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 2-3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of writing effective copy that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook content marketing and audience building.
  • Strong grasp of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) and best practices for open/click rates.
  • Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics) to measure and optimize content performance.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and social media trends.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
  • Shift: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm EST
