Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding customer expectations.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have excellent English communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess a strong problem-solving ability. You will work closely with our customers, responding to their inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming calls from customers, answer questions, and resolve issues promptly
* Troubleshoot problems, provide information, and handle complaints regarding our products or services
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues resolved

Requirements
* High School Graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum)
* College Graduate - No Experience required
* Willingness to work Onsite
* Excellent English communication skills
* Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
