Project Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Project Coordinator.

This position is ideal for an individual with excellent organizational skills and experience in managing projects from start to finish.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure successful execution.
  • Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, provide updates, and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a Customer Care organization.
  • Certifications: PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
