Overview

Join to apply for the Project Manager - Medical Media role at BruntWork.

This is a remote position. Schedule: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week 9 AM to 6 PM EDT, 1 hour unpaid break.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee project management tasks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Utilize a management platform to create and manage tasks, workflows, and deadlines.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes using Loom and Google Suite.
  • Collaborate with team members to define project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the team.
  • Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings for team members using Otter.ai.
  • Handle email correspondence, respond to inquiries, and forward messages as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Office Suite or Google Suite.
  • Conduct data entry, file management, and document organization tasks.
  • Follow ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Requirements
  • Handles medical publishers and conference meetings (local and global).
  • Organize medical meetings - keeping in touch with a long line of sponsors, doctors, etc.
  • Handles clinical trials for a pharma company - 100 patients for derma product, 6 medical doctors.
  • Medical terminology would be thrown around; someone with understanding of terms would be required.
  • Someone who can interact with doctors or has had exposure to the medical field is required.
