Lead Data Operations Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to combine project management skills with technical expertise in database systems, backend processes, and software development.

The successful candidate will oversee key AI projects, collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and workers to improve product offerings and processes, and handle data modeling associated with our data delivery projects.

This is a long-term, fully remote opportunity for experienced communicators who excel in data operations, data science, or AI research.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:

    • Oversee project execution, collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
    • Identify customer business goals and needs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables.
    • Maintain clear communication regarding progress and challenges.

  2. Technical Expertise:

    • Participate in backend system development and data modeling processes.
    • Provide guidance on database structuring and optimization.
    • Write and review advanced SQL queries.

  3. Tool Usage:

    • Efficiently manage large data volumes using tools like Google Sheets or Excel.
    • Use labelstud.io for data labeling and basic HTML knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally in a technical context.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge for writing queries for larger data volumes.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and normalization.
  • Experience with Google Sheets or Excel for data cleaning and handling.
