About the role

Asiaprime Commodities Corp. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of critical technology projects. As our IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring IT initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives. This full-time position is based in our Malabon City, Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and managing project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

  2. Coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on project goals, scope, and dependencies

  3. Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle

  4. Monitoring project progress and providing regular status updates to senior leadership

  5. Implementing and maintaining effective project management processes and tools

  6. Providing guidance and mentorship to junior project team members

Skills Required

  1. Strong leadership and resource management skills.

  2. Ability to engage with suppliers and manage team conflicts effectively.

  3. Proficient in IT-related tools and systems.

  4. Strong project management skills, with interest in seeing projects through from start to finish.

  5. Effective in planning, monitoring, and reviewing project progress.

  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  7. Strong coordination skills in managing work across different people and organizations.

Qualifications

  1. College Graduate

  2. Graduate of any Computer or IT-related course

  3. With at least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager or in a related IT role
