Job Role Overview

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to clients.

The primary objective is to provide timely and accurate assistance via email and phone calls, encompassing tasks such as policy documentation, work allocation, and billing inquiries resolution. This role involves adhering to established procedures to close out work requests, monitoring business inflow, and connecting callers with relevant personnel. Additionally, the role entails dispatching policy documents, addressing customer and stakeholder queries, and supporting the Policy Admin Team with various administrative duties.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
  • Process transactions and emails related to products, processes, and policies accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver personalized and high-quality service to meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct training sessions on policy issuance procedures and maintain relevant documentation.
  • Attend relevant training courses to enhance product and process knowledge.
  • Handle policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements effectively.
  • Communicate promptly and effectively with stakeholders to resolve queries.
  • Perform quality audit checks for processed policies.
  • Manage the dispatch of policy documentation and data upload accurately.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous experience in a call centre environment, preferably in the insurance or banking industry, with a focus on billing responsibilities.
  • Increasing level of responsibility within a call centre setting.
  • Prior experience in policy administration.
  • Background in the BPO industry, including shifting schedules.
Key Requirements
  • Completion of tertiary education or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
