Customer Success Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships with key customer interfaces. The Customer Success Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and develop strategic plans to meet their needs.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute projects that meet customer objectives.
  • Work with finance teams to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities and provide consultative assistance in service-related matters.
  • Provide lifecycle management guidance and document account-specific service call handling procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of related experience

  • Understanding of custom pricing, order entry, and product solutions
