About the Role:

The Customer Success Coordinator will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of delivery and implementation plans.

Key responsibilities include training employees on product updates, testing and troubleshooting system setups, and creating documentation for clients.

A successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
