Business Operations Assistant Sought

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations Assistant to support administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, uploading new listings, creating and sending leases, and managing email communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties and data entry tasks efficiently
  • Upload and manage new property listings in a timely manner
  • Create and send leases electronically via digital platforms
  • Manage email communications, including blasts to clients and leads
  • Utilize software applications such as Adobe, Excel, and Microsoft 365 to complete daily tasks

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in computer software applications preferred (especially Adobe, Excel, Microsoft 365, and electronic signature tools)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Excellent communication skills
