Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate tracking of team hours and activities
- Troubleshoot problems as they arise in operational processes
- Communicate effectively with on-the-ground teams through phone and text to coordinate daily operations
- Place accurate orders to ensure stores have the right amount of inventory in stock
- Hold team accountable for their responsibilities and performance
- Contribute to the company's broader mission of continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in mathematics
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- At least 50 Mbps internet speed required
- Must have a designated home office space
