Join Our Ice Cream Team

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Focused Improvement Engineer. This position is ideal for individuals who possess a passion for ice cream and a drive to improve our processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering improvement and savings projects, applying extensively the full range of Focused and Quality Improvement methods and tools. They will also be responsible for implementing process improvements and establishing Basic Condition Standards in the line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aligns with Cost Deployment Pillar on priority projects
  • Eliminates waste and loss according to WCM prioritization process using AM, PM, FI and QC pillar tools and methodologies
  • Creates Technical Standards to ensure process stability on the line

Requirements:

  • Preferably with an Engineering degree in Mechanical, Engineering, Chemical or Industrial or, with Technical Education and a Significant Experience in Focused Improvement Process
  • Working knowledge of Manufacturing and Process Safety
  • Analytical thinking
  • Problem solving skills
