Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage sales & purchase orders to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer billing and invoicing.
  • Maintain contracts and prices, ensuring they are up-to-date and in place.
  • Understand the business model and ensure revenue and cost recognition is timely and accurate.
  • Identify and apply corrective actions on system interfaces and conduct necessary reconciliations.
  • Manage volume trackers and adhere to established control mechanisms.
  • Meet ad hoc customer requirements with a sense of urgency and ensure their needs are fulfilled.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements for all processes handled in the Global Supply Chain.
  • Take ownership of building and maintaining Visual Management Systems as per Process Excellence standards.
Required Education/Work Experience
  • 2 years of experience in Finance and Accounting or Procurement within the Logistics industry - Shipping, Forwarding, Supply Chain Operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1 year of experience using SAP or similar tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to a hybrid working arrangement.
