We're seeking a detail-oriented Operations Automation Specialist to help streamline processes and connect systems. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on process improvement, automating workflows, and enabling teams to work smarter.

  • Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and design efficient workflows.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows using n8n, integrating multiple business systems.
  • Connect and synchronize Airtable, Microsoft ecosystem tools, JIRA, Basecamp, and other SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.
  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations to optimize data handling and reporting.
  • Create and manage API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools to automate manual tasks.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with n8n workflow automation (essential).
  • Strong proficiency in Airtable (schemas, formulas, automations, API integration).
  • Skilled in Power Automate and Power Query for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp, including automation of tasks and reporting.

Bonus qualifications: Experience with Zapier, Make.com, or scripting languages like JavaScript or Python.

  • 2-4+ years of experience in operations automation, systems integration, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business processes into automated workflows.
