Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing our financial systems with a strong focus on system automation.

This is a techno-functional position that requires deep technical and functional knowledge to analyze system issues, triage bugs, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of system improvements, from gathering business requirements and designing solutions to hands-on configuration, scripting, testing, and continuous support.

In this role, you will closely collaborate with integration and automation teams to automate key financial processes and workflows. You will proactively interview business users to identify opportunities for automation and propose solutions that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement and optimize financial systems with a strong focus on system automation.
  • Analyze system issues, triage bugs, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Gather business requirements and design solutions for system improvements.
  • Configure, script, test, and continuously support financial systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Information & Computer Science or related field. Additionally, you should have 7+ years of experience implementing, configuring, customizing, developing, and integrating one or more Enterprise applications or SaaS software.

You should have good functional and configuration level understanding of ERP System Administration, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing etc. Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and data mapping concepts is also required.

Candidates must have experience in NetSuite scripting and development, as well as experience with building web services integrations (REST/SOAP) and integration APIs. Proven ability to perform research and analysis on new technologies, including AI solutions, is also essential.
