Job Overview

DevRev’s AgentOS is a cutting-edge platform for SaaS companies. It connects end-users, sellers, support teams, product specialists, and developers on a unified platform, reducing 9 business apps and merging 6 teams to boost product velocity and lower customer churn.

As a Quality Assurance Automation Expert, you will leverage AI and automation to enhance and expedite testing processes. You will govern and evolve our test frameworks, develop a comprehensive monitoring system, and ensure the robustness, efficiency, and reliability of our software delivery pipeline.

Key responsibilities include implementing AI-driven test automation, designing and documenting test cases, developing and maintaining test suites, implementing and governing test frameworks, exploring AI-powered tools and testing practices, analyzing test failures, and designing test reports.

You will work closely with the QA team to onboard and integrate new automated test cases seamlessly, foster a culture of quality through continuous improvements in testing methodologies and frameworks.

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Architect with deep expertise in building and scaling test automation frameworks using Playwright. The ideal candidate has experience defining and driving QA automation strategy across large test suites, introducing clean design principles, and adopting AI-assisted testing methodologies for smarter, more efficient QA cycles.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
  • 3+ years architecting automation frameworks

  • Demonstrated experience building an automation framework from scratch
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, and test strategy

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with AI in software testing
  • Knowledge of test framework design and development
  • Strong understanding of test reporting tools and technologies
