Senior Automation Professional

We are seeking an expert in automation quality to lead the development of innovative testing frameworks.

  • Design and implement scalable, reusable automation frameworks focusing on end-to-end testing.
  • Lead the evolution of test automation architecture, ensuring best-in-class design patterns, performance, and maintainability.
  • Define and enforce automation standards, establishing a center of excellence for test automation practices.

This role requires a strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, design patterns, software testing processes, best practices, and Agile Development. You should also have experience with CI/CD concepts and tools, performance testing, and security testing.

Key Responsibilities

In addition to the above, you will:

  • Develop and maintain highly efficient automated test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and API testing.
  • Ensure seamless integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline, enabling continuous testing and deployment.
  • Implement parallel execution, distributed testing, and cloud-based automation solutions to improve test efficiency.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in QA Automation, including expertise in Selenium and Playwright.
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Cypress, WebdriverIO, Typescript, etc. is a plus.
