Senior Test Automation Expert

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality automated test scripts using a range of testing frameworks.
  • Develop data management strategies to ensure efficient database manipulation and optimal test data management.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Perform end-to-end testing for UI and API workflows, ensuring seamless integration and smooth user experiences.
  • Mentor junior engineers on test automation best practices, providing guidance on coding standards and architectural design.
  • Contribute to the development of an overall automation strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Analyze test results, communicate findings, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research new tools and technologies, and apply knowledge to drive innovation in test automation.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in test automation for multi-platform, multi-user web applications.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or TypeScript.
  • Experience with database-driven test scenarios and NUnit testing framework.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies and adapting to evolving requirements.
