Job Overview

This is a Senior Software Engineer role in PowerApps/Power Automate, where the individual will design and develop complex programs and scripts from agreed specifications and subsequent iterations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Microsoft Power Platform features and custom capabilities to deliver and implement Power Platform Apps and workflows.

The successful candidate will have proven experience and excellence technically and professionally in areas related to development and/or support of power platform tools. They will also have expertise in Agile Methodology and Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex enhancements or solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert identifying and selecting best approach to achieve business goals
  • Handle and prioritize multiple complex development and support tasks
  • Facilitate and drive group and application review meetings around technical design, decision-making and problem solving
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery exercises, ensuring adherence to Disaster Recovery Policy, and maintaining Disaster Recovery Technical Recovery Plans (TRPs)

Requirements

Required Skills

  • Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Power BI
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Expertise knowledge in SDLC and Service Management tools (ex. ServiceNow)
  • Experience in Application development, design and integration

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Some relevant years of experience in Development and support experience.
