Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our Microsoft Power Platform and IT team. As a Player Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects, building and mentoring a team of IT specialists, and implementing best practices in software development and deployment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, SharePoint/Teams integration, API/connectors, player coach leadership, and accounting data fluency. Additionally, familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central (APIs/AL basics), Power BI/DAX, Entra/Intune, Azure, and RPA Desktop would be beneficial.

The role involves leading the team to achieve specific outcomes within a 90-day timeframe, including automating business processes, improving MFA/Conditional Access baseline, and establishing governance policies. You will work closely with the Accounting team to deliver BC/QBO automation roadmaps and live KPI dashboards.
