As a forward-thinking and dynamic financial leader, you will be responsible for heading up our finance team and providing strategic support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the finance team to deliver accurate and regular management information to departments and divisions.
  • Develop and lead the evolution of our financial reporting processes and business systems.
  • Support senior management in budgetary planning and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure all financial accounting and administration functions, internal controls and reconciliations are performed properly.
  • Produce and interpret management accounts.
  • Ensure the year-end audit is performed properly.
  • Generate and maintain cash flow and budgeting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax and statutory matters.
  • Financial planning (forecasting and budgeting).
  • Reporting of budget variances and cost control.
Requirements
  • An accounting qualification, such as ACA/ACCA or CIMA.
  • 5-7 years post-qualification experience in a financial management role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial software and databases.
  • Experience working with financial forecasting software a strong advantage.
