Senior Accounting and Finance Leadership Role

The ideal candidate for this position will have more than 5 years of work experience in accounting, finance, audit, procurement, and payroll.

Key responsibilities include assisting the Chief Financial Officer in budget and forecasting, as well as overseeing the complete month-end close within 10 business days.

The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Chief Financial Officer
  • Assist CFO in management reporting
  • Supervise accounting and finance department of more than 10 team members
  • Conduct Financial Analysis
  • Oversee and ensure complete month-end close within 10 business days
  • Ensure Cost-Saving Practices are implemented
  • Work with external auditor with the annual audit preparation of audited financial statements
  • Manage financial reports and other accounting and finance related reports
  • Review and approves tax returns, monitor filings and payments
  • Review and approves monthly, quarterly and annual BIR Forms
  • Streamline accounting and finance processes
  • Responsible in overseeing projects and overall process enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP
  • Adherence to policies and procedures to ensure personnel and financial information is secure and stored in compliance with laws and regulations
