Job Title: Accounts Administrator - Finance
Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as an Accounts Administrator - Finance. This role requires excellent English communication skills, strong accounting principles, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and timely follow-up on required cases.
- Verify bank details and other key information.
- Monitor accounts, process payments, and perform reconciliations.
- Generate reports to support team operations.
- Identify trends in customer contacts and propose improvements proactively.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and adherence targets.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator at all levels.
- Receptive to feedback and driven to exceed targets.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) setup with minimum 2 screens, headset, and secure working environment.
- Must be available for 40 hours per week, scheduled between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM UK time, Monday to Friday.
- Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Follow company procedures and maintain compliance.
- Complete all daily assigned tasks from the client or manager.
- Maintain perfect attendance record (excluding approved leave).
