POSITION: VP FOR FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION

REPORTS TO THE: President

JOB LOCATION: Quezon City

WORK SET UP: Full-Time onsite

SALARY BUDGET:200K to 350K per month, plus other benefits

JOB SUMMARY: This executive position will oversee financial planning and management, budgeting, human resources, procurement, information services, and facilities management, all aimed at driving organizational efficiency and long-term sustainability.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required
  • CPA certification is preferred (not required)
  • Must have at least 7 years (minimum) of senior leadership experience in finance and administration.
  • Must have a strong background in strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional team leadership
  • Must be willing to work daily and onsite in Quezon City from Mondays to Fridays
