Requirements:

  • Vocational, Associate, or College Graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 months of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the BPO industry.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and adapt to changing situations.
