Service Desk Lead

Fujitsu's Service Desk / ITIL Process Controller is responsible for ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices and contractual obligations by managing and controlling key service management processes. We are seeking a highly skilled ITIL Service Controller to join our team and drive continuous improvement in our service management processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring service performance through statistical reporting and analysis, identifying areas for improvement to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also prevent negative trends by proactively identifying and reacting to performance and progress gaps.
As a key member of our service management group, you will work closely with our Service Delivery Management and Process Management teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify and address process-related issues effectively.
