Project Leadership Role

The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects involving low-voltage systems such as access control, surveillance cameras, burglar alarms, and network infrastructure installations. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and coordinating with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects from start to finish ensuring timely completion and effective budget management.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and manage project schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, engineers, and technicians.
  • Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns they may have.
    • Design Support: Collaborate with engineers and design teams to develop accurate project plans and ensure compliance with industry standards.
    • System Deployment: Oversee the configuration, installation, and commissioning of low-voltage systems including access control, surveillance cameras, and networking equipment.
      • Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system installation or equipment performance ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system efficiency.
      • Team Management: Assign tasks to technicians and subcontractors, monitor progress, and provide guidance on technical, logistical, and operational challenges.
        • Administrative Support: Coordinate and verify invoices from technicians and subcontractors ensuring timely payment and efficient financial management.
        • Project Tracking: Utilize project management tools to update project statuses, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
        Required Skills & Qualifications:
        • Proven experience managing complex low-voltage systems projects.
        • Strong technical knowledge of low-voltage systems and networking equipment.
        • Proficiency in project management and design tools (Zoho Desk/Projects, Bluebeam, and System Surveyor).
        • Experience working with subcontractors and external vendors.
        • Ability to coordinate and manage various project phases effectively.
