Project Coordinator Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and be part of a successful organization.

Job Description:

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating projects within the client portal. This includes developing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans, communicating with team members to complete projects and address client requests, engaging with clients and prospects daily through social media platforms, identifying and implementing system improvements and standard operating procedures, contributing to team culture and overall success, prospecting and contacting potential customers, conducting quality control for deliverables, creating websites for property listings or projects, preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports, and performing ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

For this role, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of proven experience in a project management role or similar position. You should have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, strong organizational skills with proficiency in CRM systems, exceptional time management and multitasking abilities, ability to work on a graveyard shift, familiarity with tools like Zoho One Project Management Tool, Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, Zoho Vault, Stripe, or equivalent platforms, experience with Shopify, GSuite, and social media platforms, knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar), and tech-savvy with a proactive and solution-driven attitude.
